Our 12-month project encompasses comprehensive exterior painting and spall repair across four wings, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. With our dedicated 8-10 man Big Island crew, we’re delivering exceptional results, from reinforcing with new rebar and concrete to rejuvenating rooftops, guest room lanais, and sheer walls. Safety is paramount, and our use of swing stages or manlifts ensures efficient access to elevated areas.
