Marriott Ko Olina

This resort was built in 2003 and remodeled in 2014 to meet the brand's standards

In 2022 Zelinsky Company completed both the interior guest room and corridor renovation with a general contractor and the exterior painting direct with the property owner for the Marriot Ko Olina’s Nai’a Tower. We partnered with a scaffolding company to provide the exterior rigging due to the complexity of installation, tight time frame, and working off of multiple roofs.
